These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.ecoroundholsters.com and your purchases from EcoRound Holsters ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. Our products are holsters and gear carriers - accessories, not firearms or ammunition. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including any local rules about carrying a firearm.

2. Our products

Each holster is handcrafted and made to order, custom-molded to the firearm or item you select. Because every piece is built by hand from Kydex, small variations in finish, texture, and color are normal and are not defects. Colors and patterns may also appear slightly different from how they look on your screen.

3. Custom graphics & artwork

If you order a custom-graphic finish and supply your own image, you represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use that artwork. Do not submit trademarked, copyrighted, licensed, unlawful, or offensive material that you don't have the right to use. We may decline or cancel any custom-graphic request at our discretion, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from artwork you provide.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. The price charged is calculated by us from your selected options at the time of purchase. If a pricing or product error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund you; we'll contact you if that happens.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order - for example, if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. A charge or order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until we begin fulfillment.

6. Shipping, returns & warranty

Shipping timelines, return eligibility, refunds, and our lifetime warranty are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these Terms. In short: we back every holster with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship; normal wear, abuse, or modification is not covered.

7. Safe use & assumption of risk

A holster is a tool that you must use responsibly. You are solely responsible for safe firearm handling and for confirming proper, secure fit and retention before carrying. Always follow safe firearm practices. Inspect your holster regularly and discontinue use if it shows wear or damage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EcoRound Holsters is not liable for any injury, death, property damage, negligent discharge, or loss resulting from the use, misuse, improper fit, or failure to inspect any product.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Except for the express lifetime warranty described on our Shipping & Returns page, our products and this site are provided "as is" without other warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

9. Intellectual property

The EcoRound Holsters name, logo, site content, and product designs are our property and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in that state.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
