Shipping & Returns

Every EcoRound holster is handcrafted and made to order, so here's exactly what to expect on shipping, returns, and our warranty.
Shipping
- Processing time: because each holster is custom-molded to order, most orders are built and shipped within 2–3 weeks. Custom-graphic orders may take a little longer.
- Cost: a flat $6.95 per order, and free on orders of $100 or more.
- Where we ship: the United States. Need to ship elsewhere? Email us first and we'll see what we can do.
- Tracking: you'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships (typically via USPS).
30-Day Returns
We want you to carry with confidence. If a standard holster isn't right for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it's in clean, undamaged, resellable condition.
- Custom-graphic and personalized items are made uniquely for you and can't be returned unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived defective or we made a mistake on your order - in that case we cover it.
- We don't charge restocking fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges & wrong fit
If your holster doesn't fit the firearm you selected, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a corrected piece or a refund.
Changes & cancellations
Because items go into production quickly, email us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can usually accommodate changes before your holster enters the build queue, but not after it's been made.
Lifetime Warranty
Every EcoRound holster is backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a holster fails due to a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic marks from use, accidental damage, abuse, or modifications.
How to start a return or claim
